What’s your favourite food or snack?
Thai food is my absolute favourite cuisine, I love spicy food and especially noodles.

Do you follow any sports teams, or do you play any sports yourself?
Basketball, I can’t get away from it. Both my teenage sons are serious players with the dream of NBA stardom one day, so my weekends are mostly spent cheering them on!

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
Fun fact…. Ummmmm I’ve worked with Gordon Ramsay. Used to be a strongwoman competitor- my first competition I pulled an 8 tonne truck. Wouldn’t recommend- it’s ever so heavy! I was an Army Reservist (PWRR) for 3 years (a childhood dream of mine, fulfilled at the age of 38 at the time!)

If you could have dinner with any historical figure or celebrity, who would it be and why?
Freddie Mercury, what a guy! Bet he’s got some cool stories to tell.

When you’re not working, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?

Window shopping on Autotrader for my future Porsche 911. One day she will be mine.. oh yes.. 
And of course spending time with my sons and inevitably watching them play basketball.
